The MacBook Pro has been long rumored to receive an update very soon. Evidence was recently seen in Best Buy's inventory that this update could happen as early as tomorrow morning. However, more recent evidence suggests the MacBook is actually do to receive an update instead. You have to love conflicting reports.
Whatever the case may be, I think it is pretty safe to assume that we will see some kind of update within the next 24 hours.

good im glad that the macbook/pro are getting updates. hopefully more RAM and the touch senestive thing that the macbook air has
I'm thinking its just going to be the penryn processors and an led backlit screen on the macbook, and possibly the new trackpad on the macbook pro...

I don’t think it will be a huge upgrade, only the multi-touch trackpad, LED powered screens, etc.

I Hope That we will get the new trackpad features,and mabye a graphics card for the regular Macbook. But What I actually predict is different Apple will probably just update the current specs. But ya Never know! =)
