I'm having a bit of YouTube upload withdraw lately, so I am asking for video ideas from you guys. It can be about anything... Apple... video games... even a random survey. I plan to have a new Geek Update online within the next week or so, but I would like to have some videos between now and then to hold everyone over.
So if you have any ideas, please leave them here in the comments section. Posting is open to anyone! No registration is required. Of course if I use your idea, I'll give you full credit in the video.

Hey David, I think you should do a video (maybe two) on what kind of DSLR cameras and Camcorders you would look into buying if you just got into the market of buying one again. Maybe pick 3 DSLRs and 3 Camcorders and do some reviews because I have heard some bashing of HDD Camcorders on the Apple Forums and how its harder to edit or something like that. Do a tour of your room
Give some tips and advice to up and coming YouTubers. Such as video length, how to get more views, how to get more subscribers, what sort of stuff people like to watch.... etc.
This is "pancaketrouble" on YouTube, so give me a shout out if you use my idea.

I think you should do a video on how you make your videos. For instance show the making of a geek update, set up your real camera and make a behind the scenes with the editing, bloopers, and just how you do a normal geek update or something like that.

I think you should make a video on graphic design/photography. Basically just what you use for photography, as well as tips on doing design/photography.
you could do a review of some of ur games like guiter hero 3 or jst do a video of showwing your campus to see where ypou got to classes or stuff like that ?? that is just my opininon
you could also do is a video briefly telling us all the apple products you own. that would be very cool to seee wwhat you have so ya hope you take my advice. Hopefully you make a video of my ideas. If you do , say my name!! lol just kiddin :D

Hmm...needing some vlog inspiration? i'm going to build on danny's comment below about comparing/contrasting various DSLR camcorder models. I think that would be interesting, especially for those contemplating on entering the YouTube Vlogger arena. Something like that. No specfics needed. I'm sure you can run with the ideas. Maybe a "how to get started" type vid, what equipment and software you recommened, etc. I Hope you're over your physical ailement by now, and hope to see another vid soon!
You've done tours of your rooms/dorm so why not..make a tour of your laptop? Like what you browse, the programs you use alot, etc.

Before when you were going to do stuff like photo shop tips and stuff but you said your mac was a bit old and was laggy now your new mac pro it will be easy to run a screen recorder so how about making iMovie/photoshop/ect

I have a video request if you could do it. Instead of just doing a tour of your room, you could do a tour of your house, or even your collage if they allow it. I am also one of your friends and subscribers on YouTube. WB2Colorado is my username
I think you should do more video game themed movies. Do some more Video Game Recolection and I'd also like to see some Video Game Reviews too.
Even though I love Macs I think you should stop talking so much about them on your channel and make videos dedicated to other subjects, nothing to do with Apple. (Sometimes you just need a break)
-Video Games (Reviews, recollection)
-Movies (Reviews, what do you want to see, what looks good in the theatre?)
-Contest (If you have anything to give away, or maybe even a contest just for fun it'd be a great way to get more viewers and get your current viewers interacting)
-vBlog(Usually you have set things you want to talk about. Why not do a blog discussing how your week has gone, anything interesting happened?)
-Tutorials (You're into video editing and photo editing, why not make some tutorials showing a few things you've learned, tips for people wanting to get into that line of work?)
I agree with Stuart. You need to balance your videos with more variety. Your Apple videos are great and everything, but there is only so much Apple stuff to talk about. Lets see some more random videos like your Bagel one, that sort of stuff is always fun.

David. I really interested on you doing some videos on what cameras you use and which are your favs. Try to included pics. Also, a tour of a geeks room would be boring because we already know what is in your room. A video on ur fav mac software or maybe a video on what (in your opinion) is the must have apps for the mac. Maybe spice it up a bit and some kind of change and do a windows vid. loi. a vid on all your tech gadgets would be kinda cool. i really dont like the survey crap. A Tour of a Geeks College would be cool. loi.
