Apple Takes #1 Spot as Music Retailer

Originally taking the first spot, Wal-Mart has fallen behind as the top music retailer with Apple's iTunes taking their place. Recently announced in February that Apple has surpassed Best Buy in sales, this new announcement comes much quick than expected. Also keep in mind that these are not only for online music sales. These are, in fact, for retail sales as a whole.

Congratulations to Apple for their great success! The iTunes Store has truly come a long way since being introduced in April 2003.
